Welcome to VCU's information page about the Banner administrative system.
Banner Forms (INB) users now need Java to login. Windows users need a free downloadable plugin to use the system, but many users will find that it's already installed to run other Java-enhanced programs on their computers. Mac users won't notice a change, because they already use Java to access INB.
If you use Windows, and don't already have Java installed, we have instructions on how to install the free download:
If you don't have administrative rights to your computer to install software, please contact your IT support person, who will be able to help you.
